Can I exchange items?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The Product is exchangeable only in case if you have received a damaged product or the wrong product against a proper video on unboxing of your order as proof in case of receipt of receipt of wrong or damaged product. We can exchange your order within 15 days of the purchase. We will NOT be able to return your order post 15 days of the purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
